Founded by Carlton Carpenter and his daughter Cara Ramirez, CR Insurance—short for Carpenter & Ramirez—builds on over 40 years of experience. Carlton first opened Carpenter Enterprises, serving clients with dedication for decades. In the fall of 2023, the father-daughter team launched CR Insurance, after Cara joined her father at Carpenter Enterprises in 2022.
Specializing in the under-65 market, Cara continuously trains with her father, who focuses on the over-65 market, to eventually lead the agency. Based in Wimberley, where Cara raises her family with her husband Tony, CR Insurance serves clients across Texas, Georgia, Arkansas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
Licensed in all lines of business, CR Insurance provides ACA-Marketplace, Medicare, small group health, long-term care, life insurance, annuities, and private financial investments.
